Training Philosophy
RSDI offers comprehensive training packages tailored to the needs of the Host Nation we assist. Our training model builds upon current skill sets combined with our specialized expertise to form modern, effective and lethal teams.
RSDI's training programs will develop a light,fast, capable force for the asymmetrical warfare environment. Our training philosophy is based around the Explanation, Demonstration and Imitation (EDI) method that results in fully-trained operators in the desired Special Forces or conventional forces skills.
Brendan Reilly, lead trainer
Brendan has over 30 years of operational, training and leadership experience working with multinational and diverse teams. During his career in the Australian Army, he worked at every level of command.
Since the Army, Brendan has trained coalition forces as a contractor serving as a regional training officer. He has significant experience in kinetic and non-kinetic environments and in challenging and isolated locations such as Rwanda, East Timor, Kosovo and Afghanistan.
