Doctrine Development
Training and execution is nothing without doctrine. We will review current practices and force structure for any improvements. Then refine or draft new doctrine to meet the desired end state. Using large military doctrine for a smaller force will not work. As many of our trainers come from countries with small to mid-size armed forces, we know what it takes to build with a smaller budget and fewer soldiers an effective, lethal force.
